Customer Reviews: Love it!September 3, 2010 Shayne Kirwan Hudson(cedar city, utah) I love 30 day shred. Really, a lot. I love that the workouts are only twenty-minutes and that they get results. My main problem with this DVD is that you are unable to fast forward from Jillian's introduction. So, if they make future editions of this DVD they should make it so we are able to not have to listen to Jillian's introduction a million times. Other than that I love the product.
Great short work out!September 2, 2010 Cakes(San Francisco, CA) This is a great work out. If I had more time I would want an hour of this! For 30 minutes she hits a lot of key parts and I find myself huffing and puffing. Having 3 different work outs helps with getting bored. Excellent video!
